verified account verified bank cant withdraw freelancer help please !!

i am a freelancer

i have a verified account (message from PPH saying so)

I have a verified bank account x 2

I have been a freelancer for 5 years +

I CANT WITHRDRAW FROM MY ACCOUNT TO MY BANK

I'm getting no response to my over a week old ticket

I was told previously problem solved but its not

HELP  What do I do next.?

customer service phone does not exist and email support@ just reroutes to the ticket system
