For some reason i have stopped getting email notifications when someone messages me etc. Please help ASAP.

  No one has received notifications for ages.  I just keep app on phone and keep checking it!

  Thanks for letting me know is there a reason behind this? Does anyone even work at PPH?

  No idea, Grahame, but it's poor business management.  I've missed out on direct messages because I didn't see them in time.  

  Doesn't look like PPH even see this board any more. They don't respond.

  Yeah it's wild I've missed client messages too. I try not to use this platform tho it seems really bad. I guess the owners don't want to pay any attention to it.

  Go to settings-notifications-project notification emails (tick all 4 options).

  My settings have had all those ticked for years, as well as 'essential' for transactional emails.  They are not coming through anymore.

  Nancy, then you have unsubscribed PPH from your email that's why you don't get client messages in email. Do you get any other emails from PPH?

  Yes, I get notifications for free proposals for being a TOP Cert

  and I get Congrats notification when I've won a job.
