Regarding the fast clearing period of 7 days!
I submitted a request to PPH support on 8 April 2025 and received a reply on 11 April, stating they had been unable to respond due to an unexpectedly high volume of emails. It’s now been six more days, and I still haven’t heard anything further. Is there anyone who can assist?
Explanation:
My earnings have exceeded £2,000 in the past two months, yet my clearing period still shows around 14 days.
PPH is showing my earnings for the past two months as £1.1K, while my actual earnings total £2,532 from 6th March 2025 to the present.
Can anybody help me resolve the issue?
