Sending proposal in chat

Hello, I am new and i dont properly know what to do

i was talking with a client in chat and agreed on a price.

example $800 is the agreed total

minus ppe sf that would be 696.25

then for freelancer safety $240 minum.

how will that count?
would it be deducted to the 696.25?
