Cant Create Invoice

hi when i create invoice showing this 

for It seems like you haven't filled in either your Billing Address, your Tax/Company details or your Withdrawal Account details. Please click here to fill them in and make sure that your Withdrawal account has been approved before you can create an Invoice

when i click here link ask for security question  i changed from setting but its now working
