Hello 

I am Nikhil Chandra Howlader. I am having trouble logging into my account. When I try to log in, I receive the message "Sorry, we're closed."  We are very sorry but we are experiencing a high number of freelancer applications and are unable to accept any further applications at present. Please try again tomorrow.

whats the problem. please tell me. and solve the problem as early as possible.

    Too manty freelancers for the site to be viable.  Shut. Closed.  It says it.   You will have to apply again in three months' time.

    Are all new accounts having this problem?

    You could try - but don't build your hopes up.  It's shut - not accepting any more freelancers.
