I have received a message stating that my probation period with PeoplePerHour has failed and, as a result, all freelancer actions are now locked. However, I would like to clarify my situation.
I have maintained a 100% positive rating and achieved a CERT 5 level. I successfully completed two projects for the client "Falcon," which you can verify through my WorkStream. I received payments only after the project completions and never requested any upfront payments.
After receiving both completed projects, the client raised a refund request, and the payment was deducted from my account without giving me a chance to explain my side. I believe this situation is unfair and request a thorough review of my case.
Please let me know if any additional details or documentation are required. I am ready to provide them.
