Buyer Unresponsive After Project Delivery
I kindly request that this matter be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible, as the Buyer has remained unresponsive despite multiple follow-ups. It has now been nearly two months since the completed work was delivered, yet no half payment has been made.
Given the circumstances, I also urge you to consider taking appropriate action regarding the Buyer’s conduct. It appears that the Buyer became unresponsive only after receiving the completed project, which raises concerns about the fairness and integrity of the platform’s process.
Your support in ensuring that freelancers are protected and compensated for their work is greatly appreciated.
Note: I have also requested regarding PPH support through ticket and it has been almost 2 months but I have not received any solution from the PPH support team yet.
