Regarding Payment Withdraw
I am facing an issue while trying to withdraw my account balance. Despite having already verified my identity, the system is prompting me to verify it again.
I have attached the relevant screenshots for your reference. Kindly assist me on an urgent basis, as this matter requires immediate resolution.
And the sentence show " To help us verify your identity and ensure complete security of your information we need you to send some identification documents. here "

I've had this problem for over six months and still not sorted. They send an email to say that they cannot access my ticket and to create a new one I do that and get the same message again then just loops around. I'm not sure whether they are deliberately not correcting the problem so they can keep my money or a just generally totally incompetent.
