    I’m facing the same issue. I’ve been freelancing since 2011, and my withdrawals have been stopped for the last 4 months. No one seems to bother responding. The PPH support team is either unavailable or unaware of what's going on.

    I've had this problem for over six months and still not sorted. They send an email to say that they cannot access my ticket and to create a new one I do that and get the same message again then just loops around. I'm not sure whether they are deliberately not correcting the problem so they can keep my money or a just generally totally incompetent.
