Can't release the first milestone payment

Hi, The buyer and I have come to an agreement where I can ask payments as each milestone is completed. He already paid the full amount for the project in the escrow and I have done the first milestone at the moment. When I tried to raise the invoice for the first milestone, the only option I saw was only to ask for the full amount instead of the first milestone only. 

Can someone please help?
