Buyer's posting page doesn't exist?

I have a client who I do work for every now and again, and they contacted me by invitation to do some work for them.

For some reason, PeoplePerHour (PPH), didn't notify me of this by email and I only found out by casually browsing the website and seeing they'd contacted me 3 weeks ago.

I apologised to the client and asked them if they still wanted the work to contact me.

A few weeks later (today) I received an email saying they'd put money in escrow and awarded me the job.

Clicking the link sent me to a PPH page that doesn't exist:

What's going on?

  Ask them to screenshot the page where they've awarded you a project and put money in Escrow.

  I'm not sure how they could have put money in Escrow if you aren't able to send a proposal - that's why a screenshot would be valuable.

  Seems like PPH have pulled their project page due to either falling foul of the regulations / scamming.
