    my problem has already been resolved because they let the freelancers upload their documents.
    I had been verified and few days after it was verified then I processed my payment for withdrawal and there was no problem.

    I've had this problem for over six months and still not sorted. They send an email to say that they cannot access my ticket and to create a new one I do that and get the same message again then just loops around. I'm not sure whether they are deliberately not correcting the problem so they can keep my money or a just generally totally incompetent.

    a week after i sent this community inquiry i can see the identification documents.
    I was able to send my documents and let it verify to the identification documents and they verified it within a week.
    i requested the withdraw of my payments after and it was good.
