I contacted support 2 weeks ago. No response.

To record my voice mail. I am not able to contact the Freelancer due to:

This is what caused the problem: 

I am interested in your voicemail recording offer. The listing mentions £15 for up to 75 words with a 48-hour turnaround, but when I click the "Buy Now" button, it displays £30.

I would like the standard 48-hour turnaround (no express delivery), and my script is under 75 words. Could you kindly confirm that the price is £15, or send me a custom offer?

Could you also provide the final recording in both MP3 and WAV formats? I will be using this for a business voicemail and uploading it to a VoIP system that supports both formats.
