Withdrawal issue
Hi there,
Is there something wrong with PPH support? They asked me to submit Identify documents, which I did and has been approved. Still , I am not able to withdraw my money. The support staff is just not responding?

I've had this problem for over six months and still not sorted. They send an email to say that they cannot access my ticket and to create a new one I do that and get the same message again then just loops around. I'm not sure whether they are deliberately not correcting the problem so they can keep my money or a just generally totally incompetent.
