Red Identity/Security Box Not Allowing Withdrawal!

Hi,

I can't withdraw any money, a little red box keeps coming up saying I need to verify/upload documents when I have already done this. I changed my last name with the help of people per hour and Sofia told me to upload my marriage certificate to verify my identity - which I have done!

So why does this little box keep coming up to tell me I have to send more verification? If it's a technical issue on your side it needs sorting ASAP!

I really need to withdraw my money and I've waited a week for support. Please can someone help.

    they are not paying anymore now, my withdrawl request is processed back on 31st july still money is not in my bank account and the support is dead. No response whats so ever.

    Hi Muhammad,

     

    I managed to get through to someone via Facebook Messager. Worked for me and I got my money.

    Try that :)
