My identity verification is completed yet I can not withdraw fund.

My identity document is approved already. But yet, when I try to withdraw fund, it show a notification:

"To help us verify your identity and ensure complete security of your information we need you to send some identification documents. Click Here."

But there is no pending option to submit/verify identity.

Please let me know what should I do?

 

Note: I have open tickets for the same issue multiple times: ticket #1255631, #1249104, #1246287, and #1254756. I didn't get any proper replied yet after few days, the ticket automatically closed.
