     they are not responding to any messages. Not paying freelancers too, Funds are stucked still for more than 10 days no answer expect for that useless Phoenix bot

    Hello, 

    I am a freelancer and I'm also experiencing these issues.

    I have have not been able to withdraw funds for over 2 months now. 

    The sudden requirement of account verification seems to have caused this issue. 

    It's a complete joke on PPH's part that they have released a requirement but seemingly don't have the capacity to deal with it or respond to support tickets.

    I have not been paid in 3 months as a result of all this and would like to escalate somehow.
