Withdrawals and refunds

I have made numerous refund requests in vain. Can someone explain what is wrong with this platform, People per hour? I'm contemplating taking legal action. can someone share the contacts of the owners for purposes of correspondence and service?

   they are not responding to any messages. Not paying freelancers too, Funds are stucked still for more than 10 days no answer expect for that useless Phoenix bot

  Hello, 
  
  I am a freelancer and I'm also experiencing these issues.
  
  I have have not been able to withdraw funds for over 2 months now. 
  
  The sudden requirement of account verification seems to have caused this issue. 
  
  It's a complete joke on PPH's part that they have released a requirement but seemingly don't have the capacity to deal with it or respond to support tickets.
  
  I have not been paid in 3 months as a result of all this and would like to escalate somehow.
