Zero customer service help and freelancer behaving inappropriately

    Not worth the stress - just give up.  Four months and no progress isn't good enough.  Ask for refund of money in Escrow and start again.   This is a total waste of everyone's time....  I've had that twice this week.  Freelancers who lie through their teeth about their skill set, time waste and then plead ignorance.  Just not worth the effort.

    I'm looking into reporting both the website and freelancer to the trade authority and police, as this is fraud.
