Zero customer service help and freelancer behaving inappropriately
I have raised several tickets and received no response - the freelancer has lied several times about the status of the project, and continues to try to get me to share my login details for my Google account, which I have now denied 4 times. This is a completely inappropriate request, not necessary, and I still have 0% of my project completed after 4 months. Help me please!

Not worth the stress - just give up. Four months and no progress isn't good enough. Ask for refund of money in Escrow and start again. This is a total waste of everyone's time.... I've had that twice this week. Freelancers who lie through their teeth about their skill set, time waste and then plead ignorance. Just not worth the effort.
