Location Wrong

My location is showing as where I was just on holiday.

In Edit profile it won't let me edit - says contact PPH

Which I have and they have sent me the same reply 8 times - go to edit profile and save, they are not listening to me saying it won't edit.

How do I contact a human as I assume support is AI
