I was surprised to find that my account has been suspended, and I would like to request a review of this decision.
A month ago, I successfully completed an order for a client and delivered the work as agreed. Recently, the same client returned asking for additional work outside the original agreement. When I reminded them of our prior discussion, they left a 1-star review. Unfortunately, this seems to have led to my account suspension.
I believe this does not accurately reflect the quality of my work or my overall record with clients. One negative review—especially under such circumstances—should not overshadow the efforts and professionalism I consistently maintain.
I kindly ask you to reconsider and reactivate my account after reviewing my case. I am committed to maintaining high standards on PeoplePerHour and continuing to deliver excellent results to clients.
