I paid for a Job, the freelancer coudlnt complete work, I recieved a refund minus fees, but cant get an invoice?

Hello,

I paid a freelancer to do some work - let's say £100. including fees let's say it was £110.

The freelancer could not complete the work so I asked for a refund - this was fine. And I received the money minus the fess (£100). 

How do I get an invoice for money in vs money out for my accountant? Its not in my history.
