Found a bug in PeoplePerHour website

Bug Report
When a new user signs up and encounters the "We are closed" pop-up, there is a text button labeled "Return to Dashboard."
Issue:
Clicking this button triggers the system to send verification email, regardless of whether the user has already been verified.
Steps to Reproduce:
Sign up as a new user (email).
Wait until the "We are closed" pop-up appears.
Click the "Return to Dashboard" button.
Actual Behavior:
verification email is sent, even after the account is verified.
Expected Behavior:
Clicking "Return to Dashboard" should simply navigate the user to the dashboard screen without sending additional verification emails.
