Account verification causing payment issues
Hello,
I am a freelancer and I am not able to withdraw funds in my account due to this new account verification requirement.
I have a client that will not validate their account and another that is not able to due to the ability to add their documents missing (CTA has gone).
I have have not been able to withdraw funds for over 2 months now.
The sudden requirement of account verification seems to have caused this issue.
It's completely unreasonable on PPH's part that they have released a requirement but don't have the capacity to deal with it or respond to support tickets.
I have not been paid in 3 months as a result of all this and would like to escalate somehow.
The purpose of this post is to vent and hopefully hear from other buyers and freelancers.
Are there any legal experts out there that could shed some legal responsibilities on this?
PPH could at least release some sort of press release or update on what's happening here.
