Request for Account Continuation Without Subscription

I hope this message finds you well. My qualification period has expired, and I noticed I can no longer send proposals. I would like to continue using my account, but at the moment I am unable to purchase a subscription.
Could you please advise me if there is a way I can keep applying for projects on the free plan, or if there are any alternatives available to continue using my account without upgrading?
