Unable to submit a request about payment error
Hello
I've tried reporting a payment error multiple times. Each time, I've received a response that I didn't select a reason for contacting you, which is incorrect. The automated response for tickets 1263483, 1263557, 1263559, and 1263560 states that the issue is resolved, but it isn't.


Could you advise how can I get help?
