Invoice Not Approved Due to Unrelated Buyer Issue – Need Human Help

Hello PPH Community,

I need some guidance regarding an issue with my invoice.

My invoice for the project “Web App Developer (Satellite-based Farming Advisory Platform)” with buyer Shahana was not approved. The admin message says that the payment cannot be released because the buyer has an issue with another user — something that has nothing to do with my project.

I have already completed all required settings:

• Withdrawal Account

• Address

• Tax Details

Everything is up to date, but my invoice is still blocked.
Support replies are only automated and do not address the actual issue.

Has anyone faced a similar situation?
How can I get human support to review and release my payment?

Any help or guidance would be appreciated.
