I have payment Issues

Hi all, please anyone who have answers,

I have finished the project, but I have confusion related to my payment from the client.
- First, the total project is 380 euros, my deposit invoice is 114euro. But then the amount in my escrow is 228 euros.
- Second, it said and showed in my escrow I have 228 euros from the balance, but until now it doesn't appear in my wallet, and I can't withdraw it, and it's been a month.
- Third, when I finished, why did the project disappear from the workstream, yet the final invoice is still unpaid
- Fourth, can you please investigate if the payment process from the beginning of the project is correct?
Because then why did it say the unpaid invoice is 38 euros only after I sent the final invoice, my total project is 380 euros.
Because I was confused about this payment process.
