Request for review of qualifying period status
Hi Support Team,
I hope you are doing well.
I am writing to request a review of my qualifying period status.
During my initial 3 month free qualifying period, I successfully completed one project and received positive feedback and star ratings from the client. I was also engaged in a second project, where the work was in progress, but the client cancelled the project due to their own internal reasons. This cancellation was not related to my performance, and the communication history can confirm this.
I understand that the platform policy requires two completed projects with positive reviews. However, I would kindly request you to consider my situation, as I actively worked on both projects in good faith, and one could not be completed due to circumstances outside my control.
If possible, I would really appreciate a manual review of my account or a short grace extension to complete the remaining requirement. I am committed to maintaining high quality work and building a strong long term presence on PeoplePerHour.
