Account Verification Pending for Over a Month – No Update Received

    I have the same issue. It has been 21 days since my application. I have also received newsletters with my interests. However, when I want to quote on possible proposals, it says my application is still under review. Please advise.

    I have an account on this website for more than two to three months. Whenever I try to do something, they give me this message.

    ""Sorry we're Closed:

    We are very sorry but we are experiencing a high number of freelancer applications and are unable to accept any further applications at present. Please try again tomorrow. Return to the Dashboard.""

    Now I don't know when they will verify it or whether they will do it or not. No message, no reply, no email.

    I think the site's support team has stopped working because I'm having the same problem.
    They've been allegedly checking my account for a month and a half now.
    There's no email address to contact me, and I'm not getting any replies either.

    It's closed. There are too many freelancers on the site for it to be a viable working platform.

    When I applied yesterday, they were accepting applications and happily collected £10 from me. What is your point? Are you some kind of PPH representative?
