Application queued in review since a month

Hi Team, 
My application is under review since a month now, It was given that in 7 working days, it can. be reviewed if not paid to get reviewed in 1 to 2 days. 
Can you please check the application? I can see the application which are under review is not even reducing and its approx 36k .
