Application Under Review for Almost 1 Year. Need Guidance

I submitted my freelancer application almost 1 year ago and it's still showing Under Review.
I am not here to complain. I just genuinely want to know:

• Is something wrong with my application?
• Do I need to update or fix anything?
• Is there anything I can do to move this forward?

I am serious about freelancing on this platform and happy to make any changes needed. Any guidance would be hugely appreciated.
