I am writing to follow up regarding my previous support ticket #1274807 about my withdrawal payment issue.
Although my withdrawal amount was refunded back to my PeoplePerHour account earlier, I still have not received the payment in my Payoneer account after requesting the withdrawal again.
I completed the buyer’s Event Photographer project on 01/05/2026 and have already waited a long time to receive my earnings for the completed work. At this moment, I urgently need this payment for my daily household expenses and food shopping.
I kindly request your team to please review my account and process the withdrawal to my Payoneer account as soon as possible.
