Not satisfied with work. Can I get a refund?
Hello,
My seller is not able to move from the first deliverable of the project. We have spent 20 days trying to design a Logo without luck. I would like to cancel the job and offer the work to another seller.
Can I get a refund?

Hi Francisco,
Yes you are entitled to claim for a refund if you are unhappy with the work delivered (or not in your case). To do this, go to the workstream and click on the 'more' button near to where you would type to write your seller a message. There you will find a 'request refund' button.
