Not able to upload profile picture

Hi team 

i have created my account yesterday itself and not able to upload my profile picture and my application is rejected for the same.

 

The issue i am facing while uploading profile picture is , the profile picture not getting uploaded throwing some error message that is not visible. Can you please help me with that error message and make me understand the standards i should follow while uploading profile picture.

    Hey all,

    The problem could be anything--usually some sizing issue. To see what it is, click on 'View' in your browser bar and zoom out. Try uploading again, and you can now see the red balloon to your left!

    The message on the red balloon is not visible.

    Hi buddies, I am too had that problem. But I solved it by reducing my profile picture into 2048 *1536 please use this size. It is working.
