Why am I suddenly losing 25% of all of my earnings?!
I have been signed up to PPH for 18 months and previously they took a 15% cut, all of a sudden I have started losing 25%?!
I just invoiced a job for £40 and received £30? That now takes my hourly earning to less than minimum wage. They're charging me VAT all of a sudden too? Why?
PPH has lost all of it's value to sellers, it's extortionate.

Hi Jennifer,
Starting on May 1st, 2017, if a Seller's Billing within a calendar month is less than £50, then starting from the next month onwards, the Seller will be charged the Service Fee of a 20% (excl. VAT) on all work billed (earnings), for the first £500 earned in the month. From the first £500 and above earned in the same month, you will be charged the Service Fee of a 5% (excl. VAT).
This happened because you didn't have earnings during December of 2017. So from the next month, which is January, we had to make these changes when it comes to the Service Fee. You can find more information about that in our T&C's (Section 8.2).
We were always charging VAT. If you go into your Statements page, under the "Breakdown" you will see the option "PPH Service Fees". Click on there and you will be able to open the statement of each one of your transactions. In your statements you will see that 20% VAT is charged on your Service Fees.
