Client is not responding on invoice

Hi Kelly,

 

I need your help. I have completed two projects of same buyer and he has deposited money in Escrow but on invoice he is not responding. 

 

Kindly help and release my payment.

  Hi Shahbaz,

  I will need the invoice number or client name to assist you properly, however, sometimes there can be genuine reasons for clients not responding to invoices immediately. 

  PPH allow 15 days for the buyer to dispute the invoice, if they do not do so the money is automatically released to the seller.

  Please be patient and you should get your money from the buyer.

  Please let me know if you want me to investigate further.
