I’ve added my bank details and an image as per your requirements for a refund . I have received an email by PPH saying that the 2 don’t belong to the same account.
This is ridiculous! I have a joint account with my husband so his name obviously is also on the account. It seems like you have thought of excuses so that you don’t have to pay anyone.
Can I have your complaints process please?
