Hello, 
I'm trying to send proposals but I get this message 
"Your application is currently under review.
In order to send a proposal, you should get your Seller Application approved"

I've got my profile approved today.

    Sometimes it takes a day or two for the system to update approved profiles, if you find you still cannot send proposals after this time please contact support@peoplperhour.com

    The issue now is that I cropped my profile picture to get a message saying "provide genuine profile picture". It's the same picture they approved earlier.

    I receive a message that your profile is accepted but when I try to send proposal then arise a message that first complete your profile what I do?

    No your changes were accepted but your profile was not and as other threads state you have to wait 3 months before reapplying
