Hello,

I would like to ask a question and make a statement as well.

I tried to sent proposal many times over the last months and I discover that 1/3 of the amount I charge for a work goes to PPH fee.

May I ask why is PPH fee so high? Currently I am about to sent a proposal for 450 dollars and I will receive only 319.20 dollars, meaning that you charge more than 100 !!! Do you think this is something normal? Eventually this action will force me to increase the amount and maybe lose the client.

Also, I discover that CERT is not the best way to determine if someone should move higher or not, simply because a graphic designer needs less time than a 3D animator to complete a project.

I believe that CERT should be more flexible when it comes to 3D creations because it takes too much time to complete a project, not to mention all the electricity we need to render every single frame!

I hope that someone in PPH might found a way to make CERT fair...
