Unethical admin fee by People per hour

I did not logged into my account in an year to two. Today I received an email that administrative fee has been subtraced from my account. After logging in, I found that it is whopping $10 per month. This is ridiculous and is robbing people.

I am requesting that I be refunded all the admin fee that I have been charged. I will close my account for good here.

  8.4 Admin fee for inactive User accounts

  PPH IS NOT A BANK and only holds funds for the purposes of settling the provision of services and specific invoices of Sellers. We strongly recommend that all users do not hold balances on the platform. No user is permitted to hold a balance on the platform for more than 30 days. If a User has held funds in their PPH User Account for a period of sixty (60) days or more then PPH will charge a monthly administration fee of [£6.70/€9.33/$9.95] (excl. VAT) for holding those funds on behalf of the User. This fee will be automatically collected each month from the funds in the User's PPH User Account starting from the sixty first (61st) calendar day. A notification email will be sent to the User each time his PPH User Account is charged for an administration fee along with instructions to withdraw the funds in his PPH User Account. The collection of this fee will end when either i) funds held are less than 60 days old, ii) the balance is cleared.
