    Hi Tiffany,

    I can see this message from our senior customer support in your account - you have yet to respond to his email:

    Hello Tiffany,

    My name is Meletis, I'm the Payments Manager for PPH.

    As you are probably aware, we are committed to complying with all UK legislation, therefore we needed to make some changes to our bill payment operations and the way we manage funds for our customers.

    Amongst some of the changes, we no longer accept bank transfers as a payment method. The use of all other payment methods when accepting proposals, or paying invoices directly via the relevant Workstreams, remains unchanged.

    Please be informed that we received a bank transfer deposit for the following amount (£100) from the bank transfer you had initiated.

    We would like to know for which workstream these funds are intended, so that we may credit the funds directly into the escrow. This will be a one time exception since we no longer accept bank transfer deposits.
