Can't upload file

Hi,

 

I am created a profile but it won't allow me to upload a photo. Please help as I cannot move further until this issue is fixed.

  I'm having the same problem and I already completed my file except for the photo and I cannot submit my profile. I went to go back in and everything is deleted now as if I didn't fill anything out, it was a complete waste of time
