VERIFY SELLERS PHOTO AND ENGLISH PROFICIENCY
Several sellers claim to be from the UK but can't complete a coherant sentence. English is not their first language. They do not read or can not read a design brief and waste my time.
Suggestion is to have sellers submit a goverment ID to prove they are who they say they are or do a video call to confirm identity.
Tired of dealing with sellers who are not who they appear to be.

"...cannot complete a coherent sentence... They do not read or cannot read a design brief and waste my time."
Corrections of your English in bold.
In all seriousness, I'm English but I wouldn't submit a government ID or do a video call to get a job due to issues of privacy and time. Plus, there are plenty of native English speakers who have terrible literacy, especially if they're doing work that doesn't involve selling their writing skills, such as design.
My advice is to specify in your job postings that you require native English speakers and for applicants to answer a series of questions designed to prompt proposals that are long enough for you to assess their literacy.
