Dropdown box when your proposal is rejected

As a seller when a suitable job is posted you are notified by PPH. If you do not want to take the job there is the dropdown box with options as to why you are not sending a proposal. These are 'Busy at the moment/Low job budget/Irrelevant skillset/Other.

Can we have something similar for buyers to click on when they don't accept the proposal we send? Something like Job budget to high/Irrelevant skillset/Job not awarded/Other.

At the moment we have no idea as to how we can improve our proposals if they are rejected.
