time to deliver on an hourlie

why does the time to deliver on an Hourlie not update to show the full time on a workstream?

I am currently doing an hourlie which is supposed to take me 3 days, but i have five total days as the buyer purchased an add-on which gives me two extra days to complete it.

My workstream only shows i have three days to complete the project?
