how to get Amount from escrow?

hello,

 

i have hire someone for a job but he was not able to deliver the project now my amount in ESCROW, what is the procedure to refund that amount from escrow ?

  Many thanks for your message.

  Please go to the workstream with the seller, scroll to your text box where you would send your seller a message. Above the text box you will see a list of options including ‘More’. Click that and select ‘Request Refund’.
