Pending Payoneer Account

I need to withdraw funds to my Payoneer account but it is pending, even when I uploaded the info many months ago.

"The withdrawal account you have selected is not approved yet and cannot be used"

Why is it pending yet? PPH gave me 15 days to withdraw my balance.
