PayPal Problem

I received an email from PPH saying I have until Feb 28th to withdraw the money from my account because it can't be held there longer. I want to do this through my PayPal account. I am however unable to do this because for some reason it says in the Payment Setting that my last name doesn't match. This might be true seeing as how my last name on my PPH account is only listed as an initial and I'm unable to change it. How do I edit my last name?

  3 days and no response? Plus dozens of posts concerning this very same issue.

  Something seems to be very rotten in Denmark (i.e. PPH).
