    I would very much doubt they were having cash flow issues, but you never know.

     

    This just shows you what happens when you do not keep customers updated and informed

    I dont think its a cash flow issue i think its just incompetence, they dont ever give off the impression they care. Anytime ive dealt with them its always been a battle to even speak to someone without generic replies. Even when I do get a human response its never sympathetic they just refer back to T&C's or pass you to someome "senior"

    I wonder if there is anything tangible sellers on this platform can do to improve things?

    Would the media be interested in poor freelancers having their earnings withheld for no reason and without explanation? After all, the gig economy is big news these days.

    Hi James have you checked your PPH balance? your money should have been put back in your balance and you will need to withdraw it again....PPH never told us about this, I found out from another seller

    Yeah thanks for the heads up its there, so no withdrawl today have to wait till tomorrow for the cut off now. Never happened like this before and still no word from PPH direct. Im sure i'll still get an email from PPH telling me i havent responded to a direct message from some chancer looking for me to work for free. Cheers for the heads up
