I was notified to withdraw my pph balance, but can't locate on the site how to do it?

  I did the process you described, but it Did Not ask for my Bank Account # or Routing #-----but, my funds disappeared from my account.  Where are they and How do I get them transferred to my bank account or back to my Visa Card account to which this was charged??
